Basic Mathematics Form Two textbook; has been written comprehensively to cater for the needs of basic Mathematics students. It covers the Basic Mathematics topics for form two as prescribed in 2005 Tanzanian Syllabus. Recognizing that many students have often found Mathematics a daunting subject, the author has attempted to simplify the treatment of each chapter using very simple English. The language and coverage of each chapter reflect the student‟s year of study. This has been so designed to enhance the teaching/learning process and ensure comprehensive coverage of the subject. Each chapter begins with an introduction which introduces the learner with what to expect from the chapter. Also, there are enough activities which enable the learner to be familiar with the intended goals.
